RAVA RAGI UPMA
INGREDIENTS

Ragi: 1 cup

Water: 2.5 cup

Oil:2 tbsp

Curry leaves: 1 tbsp

Green chilly: 2 chopped

Hing: a pinch

Jeera: 1/2tsp

Rai: 1/2tsp

Onion: 1 finely sliced

Ginger: 1 tbsp. finely chopped

Peanuts:2 tblsp

Chana dal:1 tblsp

Urad dal:1 tblsp

Coriander leaves
METHOD:
- Wash and sock ragi rava for 30 mins, drain excess water and keep a side.
- Take a pan,put oil jeera and rai and allow to crackle.
- Add dals peanuts and fry till golden colour.
- Add onion, hing, green chili, ginger, curry leaves. Fry till pink in colour.
- Add socked rava and saute for about 2-3 mins. Add water and salt and allow it to boil.
- Cover the lid and cook till all water absorbed. Stir between for even cooking.
- When water absorbed ,off the gas and keep covered.
- Put coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot.
