INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat bread: 2 slice
  • Olive oil: 1 tblsp
  • Garlic: 2 clove
  • Green chilly: 2
  • Onion: 1 small
  • Mushroom: 1 cup sliced
  • Herbs of choice
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese if desired

METHOD:

  1. Heat pan & add garlic, green chili, onion cook till golden brown.
  2. Add mushroom, salt and herbs cook till full cooked, cool it.
  3. Take a bread, spread mushroom & mix cheese, now place another bread piece on top of it.
  4. Put oil/butter on top of bread and grill it on sandwich griller or on tava.
  5. Serve it hot with chutney.
